The worst customer service I have ever had, at Apple or anywhere. Jimella, the "genius" who was supposed to be helping me seemed to go out of her way to be rude and unhelpful, tossed me my receipt and ran off without saying anything, I wasn't even sure if the process was over. When I went to the genius bar which she had quickly made her way to, I found her talking loudly about me with the other employees. It should be stated that the female manager on duty did nothing to remedy the situation and left me to deal with the extremely rude Jimella even after I explained I had an issue. I have spoken with Apple customer service about this issue (they were extremely helpful) and hopefully this Apple location can start to hire more competent, customer-service oriented employees because this seems to be one of many bad reviews about their customer service.
Guy at door no idea what's going on at Genius Bar and misinformed about repair of multiple devices. Showed my appointment set up by phone previous day for repair of 2 phones. This guy was incapable of listening or being told anything beyond his "remit".
Two stars just to the specialist who solved my problem. He was very kind.

And one fake apologize I heard after all. Unbelievably terrible service, looks like this store needs a good management personal.
Dont like this company, I simply want to download the Bank of America App. Apple are not allowing this saying "you must switch to the us store to download this app" so when I try to switch to the US store I need to provide a US credit card which I don't have.
Note - he wasn't approaching customers coming in through the door, just gazing at his phone....
Told to wait in corner for tech person - kept waiting for nearly an hour Despite asking several Apple people about the appointment. Nobody seems to know what is actually going on. I called Apple support FROM the store to request an appointment at a different Apple Store. The customer service rep tried to help by getting hold of the Manager of the store right there and then, as I waited in the actual store! Unbelievable- took over 15 minutes..... walked out, enough is enough. Was subsequently told by Apple Customer Service Manager that Tice's Corner Store had no record of my appointment. Very strange considering 3 separate people in the store checked it, AND customer service verified it too. I'm happy to say this is not indicative of all Apple Stores, more than happy to wait for appointment at The Nanuet store. They are incredible helpful, efficient and busy - no doubt because most customers are avoiding the Tice's Corner store..... sort yourselves out guys!
There are always such things!! I hope apple will change it soon.
Absolutely farcical organization in this store.
Bought a MacBook pro today and was helped by Jack, best sales rep in the entire store. Very knowledgeable and honest, very quick and attentive as well. I will continue to go to this apple store in the future. Thank you Jack and all of the other friendly and helpful reps who helped me pick out my laptop today!
The worst stuff organization. I had an appointment at 6:30pm that I made a week ago. The specialist didn’t start to work with me till 7:30. It’s an hour of a waiting time of your reservation. Nobody interested in your issues even if you have an appointment.
